In your dashboard you can manually remove comments as spam.You can also set it up where two or more hyperlinks (or whatever number you set, I use two) require approval.

Wordpress usually does a good job of blocking these spammers but they seem to be getting through ever since the forums were introduced. I will look into what we can do.
